If you are looking for factory-made precision, our knits may not be best suited for you. –Thread ends may appear on the surface depending on the product. This is a characteristic of our manufacturing process, which we do not consider a product defect. Therefore, it does not make your purchase subject to return. If you don’t want the loose ends to be visible,  please pull the yarn from the back or cut off the exposed parts. Even though we treat yarn ends during the finishing process, they may start to appear through wearing, especially on items with a see-through finish with mixed yarns. Our products are meant for customers who will enjoy these characteristics as part of their charm. –Our products may appear differently from our photographs, depending on the angle / lighting of the images or your monitor / display settings. This does not make your purchase subject to return. – Since we repurpose second hand yarn, we are not able to provide exact information about the materials. Please note that because of this, some dry cleaning stores may reject taking in knitwear you have purchased from amuamu. –The yarn used for each item is different. Depending on the yarn, shoulder straps and collars may stretch, through wearing. This is due to the characteristics of material and cannot be treated as a product defect. –Because it is difficult to distinguish from damage made through wearing, defect items will only be subject to return / repair up to one week from the day you receive the package. Please be sure to open your parcel directly upon arrival. 【How to take care of your amuamu knits】 -After wearing, hang on a clothing hanger or back of a chair to remove moisture. –Since hand knitted wool wear can be delicate and difficult to handle at home, we recommend bringing our products to the dry cleaner at least once a season. –We mix various second hand wool yarns for each item. Although we cannot provide exact information of every yarn used in each product, the materials mainly used are 60-100 percent wool/mohair, the remaining being acrylic and or polyester.
